Rental rates and conditions
• We offer stays from 2 or 3 nights in low and middle seasons. During the summer period, some weeks may be on a minimum 7-day basis (we invite you to check the booking calendar for the accommodation you want).
• You can only book through the Cocoonr online and telephone platform. You benefit from the best rental rates for accommodation offered by Le Clos de la Croix Verte, as well as the guarantees of a company specializing in the management of short-term real estate rentals, accommodation belonging to individuals and offering them for tourist stays.
• The final prices include rents, cleaning costs, tourist taxes, service charges. By the way of comparison, below is the price of overnight stays without additional costs (adult tourist tax, cleaning, etc.). The prices offered are not fixed and are subject to change depending on the occupancy rate of the season.
Le Logis Troglo: from 75 to 120 € / night depending on the season (based on 4 people). A supplement of 5 € / night / person is added up to 7 people).
La Grange Royale: from 75 to 120 € / night depending on the season (based on 4 people). A supplement of 5 € / night / person is added up to 6 people).
The Office de la Longère: € 55 to € 90 / night, depending on the season (based on 2 people). A supplement of € 5 / night / person is added up to 4 people).
